Work out app

  • I have tried using a range of programmes to help me exercise and I wondered what other people use?

    Personally I use sworkit. I can pick the exercise my body is capable of and set how long I want to work out for. I can also set goals and get ‘medals’ depending on how much I’ve done. This also caters for all abilities and my joint hypermobility syndrome can be very restricting but using sworkit I get really good work out with out putting too much pressure on my joints.

    I like the filter from FitnessBlender (over 500 free full lenght workout videos). Plus “my favorites” and “my calendar” options.
