I have been low carb diet for a month now and just recently decided to try the ketosis method. After 3 days of strict carbs I accidentally ate sugar free syrup thinking it had no carbs. I immediately began to feel funny with a little shakiness. What is this?? And will it effect me going into ketosis. I have not registered in ketosis on the strips at this point.
hi Cowtown-I have combined 5:2 and ketosis. There are many websites and books on ketosis, one I find really helpful is http://www.dietdoctor.com with helpful info and recipes especially low carb bread.
