Welcome to the world of 5:2. I don’t consider 5;2 a diet and really wished they hadn’t called it a diet but then they probably wouldn’t have sold the books.
The 5:2 pattern of eating is doable and is sustainable over the long term. Stick to it and you will be amazed at yourself in a year.
