  • Hi ladies,

    I’m a newbie to the diet but not to exercise. Every week I go to Zumba classes on Mondays and Bokwa classes on Wednesdays. So it’s two hours of quite hard work out and during the week and weekends I just try to keep busy and active 😉

    I am not a good dancer but I tried Zumba and it is really fun. The first time I did it I was always laughing because I can’t do the right step but I love how it works for me. It helps me to lose weight while having fun and it is not a boring exercise.
