how many calories are in a bowl of low fat natural yoghurt with honey?
Most honey has around 12 calories per teaspoonful. As for the yoghurt, they vary but the calories will be displayed on the side of the pot.
There are numerous calorie apps available on-line.
Low fat honey usually has high sugar content. Your then topping that up with honey which is basically 85% sugar plus 15% water. Your basically eating sugar with a little bit of water and calcium.
