  • Hi all,

    I’m a IF newbie. I’m at my ideal weight,and in good general health, so I’m NOT interested in losing weight. I’m more interested in fixing my insomnia, anxiety, and to improve my cholesterol & insulin levels.

    Considering the above, would the 5:2 diet provide the benefit I’m seeking? What adjustments would you recommend to prevent muscle/weight loss while still reaping the benefits of IF?
