Hi All –
I was wondering if anyone had heard if the 15:2 or 16:8 or 1 meal a day is better for a diabetic Type 2 – on meds only (no insulin).
Cheers

In type 1 diabetes, your pancreas stops producing insulin. Insulin is a hormone that helps regulate glucose, or sugar, in your blood. Type 2 diabetes starts with insulin resistance. Your pancreas no longer produces enough insulin or doesn’t use it efficiently. Know more about diabetes on: http://parijatak.com/panchakarma-treatment-kerala-center/
@msmojo – If you are on medication you should work with a doctor on fasting. Fasts can impact blood glucose. I typically see a good dip in my blood glucose around 20 hours into a fast. However if you are on some medication that kind of change might be dangerous. You might want to checkout https://idmprogram.com/. They specialize in fasting and type 2 diabetes reversal.
