    Hi
    How do you work out which day to start a new week on? Eg if you fast on Saturday and Wednesday, after the Wednesday fast would you start the next seven days on Thursday or wait til Saturday? (Assuming you don’t fast on the same days every week).

    Its called 5:2 because you fast for 2 days and then you eat normally for 5. What you are describing is 7:2. Simply within a 7 day period, choose to fast for two of those days.

    Hi all is it ok to eat 3 small meals on fast days rather than just 2 larger ones thanks

    Hi you can have your calories however you want. I find it easiest to have most of mine in one evening meal with a small snack earlier in the day.
