    Apologies if this has already been discussed – I’m reasonably new to posting here…

    Is it just me, or does food taste really intense (in a very good way) on FDs and the following morning? I find I can taste subtleties in even the blandest of meals on a FD, and breakfast the day after is a wonderful taste explosion. I have started telling those that ask me about the 5:2 that this is one of the less obvious plusses for me.

    Anyone else?
