We run a small guesthouse and have been experimenting with the 5:2 diet ourselves and now have interest from our guests about providing similar meals for them. This in turn prompted our most recent blog at http://www.theoldciderhouse.wordpress.com . If anyone’s got any suggestions for menus we’d love to hear about them. Ian & Lynne
