Protein diet

    To give a quick background about myself , I was 128Kg and managed to get this down to 112Kg in 3 month .

    All I did was stop eating anything with starch in it such as rice, bread, potato ….
    Also have plenty of water almost 10 liters a day .
    East meat/vegetable only such as chicken ( no fish not fan of sea food).
    Eat fruits such as apple when hungry .

    Minimal sweet or chocolate in a week ( less than once in 1 week/2 week)

    This worked well but there was times where I would not loose wight for few days which was annoying and am now trying to find the cause.

    My aim is to get to 93Kg from 112 I am .
    I have started to only have meet again .
    What other things should I stop eating ?
    Things like apple have heard are not good as they store sugar or something along those lines in your blood which means they will be burned as calory before your fat does.

    This is the 5:2 Fasting Diet where on two days of the week you eat 500 calories (females)or 600 (males). The other days you eat less than your TDEE (calculated here: http://thefastdiet.co.uk/how-many-calories-on-a-non-fast-day/). Looks like you are eating low carb, which is something to do on the non fasting days.
