  • I just heard about this product on my company website yesterday; it’s powdered peanuts and when reconstituted into peanut butter is only 45 calories/2 Tbsp.! There’s also a chocolate one that’s the same number of calories. It’s made in the USA, but I checked on Amazon.co.uk and they list it. 🙂

There are also recipes on the company’s website. http://www.bellplantation.com/

I have a few bags of this here as we speak!

Yes, it’s very nice. You mix 2 tb. of the powder with water until thick and creamy. Only 45 calories like you said, and you get twice as much as with regular peanut butter that will cost you 200 calories!

I highly recommend it. No, it won’t be as rich as regular peanut butter, because they remove most of the fat, but it’s still very delicious.

I live here in the U.S. and always order it from amazon.

I’m so glad to hear that. I’ve bought some, but haven’t tried it. My colleague used some in a smoothie and she said it was good. I’ll try it this weekend. 🙂

    I love the chocolate one!
