  • Hi 🙂 I have lost 9.5 kg since August last year – but my goal was 12 kg and for the last 3 weeks my weight has not budged. After my first few weeks of fasting I found it worked better for me to just have drinks all day, then eat a fairly normal evening meal (no carbs – just protein and veg). This helped with my earlier problem of not being able to sleep on an empty stomach.
    But could my body be now used to this pattern and deciding this is the new norm – hence my weight has stabilised?? I’m finding it quite discouraging to be still fasting and not loosing weight 🙁
