Keep fluctuating my weight so going to try what I’m calling Oktoberfast.
Pledge to drop processed foods/sweets etc.
1 meal window a day (no snacking)
daily walks of at least 40 mins – 1 hour.
daily stretching and strength exercises.
Thought I might as well start a thread somewhere where I might be driven to update it daily with what I’ve done as some kind of accountability mechanism.
If anyone else fancies joining in, feel free to post.

Ha, love the name.
I’d try not to go too hard out on the exercise at first when you’re fasting. I had issues with under-eating for the amount of exercise I was doing. Even though I had a huge calorie deficit I wasn’t dropping any weight. It wasn’t until I started eating an extra 800 calories or so per day that my weight started moving again.
