Feeling low and tired on non fast days
2mths into fasting now
Eat 500 a day breakfast and dinner
Dont want to stop but dont know what to change. Want to be able to fast!
Any ideas? ☺

A lot of people get slightly dehydrated on their fast days. This would make you tired the following day (or days if you don’t manage to rehydrate yourself).
It is easy (and very cheap) to drink more water, so try it and see if it makes a difference. Try having a glass of water every time you go to the loo. You will go often at first, and then further and further apart as your kidneys become happy that their work has caught up.
