I am from the United States. I decided to do this diet plan because I believe it works.
Today was my fast day. I did pretty good. Feeling very hungry but I am going to hang in there.
My question is.. what do you eat on the other days? I want to eat real nutritous food. Any suggestions? I know we are supposed to eat what we normally do but I am looking to lose weight!
Fast day today:
Breakfast: 1 egg, 1 banana, serving of bone broth that I made. Lunch: juiced 1 small beet, 3 carrots, 1/2 green apple, ginger. total calories; 121. Dinner was 2 scrambled egg whites. I also drank several glasses of water, green tea and a few servings of the bone broth. (I must admit that I am very hungry!)

I woke up this morning not even hungry! I lost 5 pounds! I have heard that you can have stuff left in your colon when you don’t fast. I was amazed to have a normal sized “poo” this morning?? From what? I hardly ate a thing yesterday. Drinking a lot of water really helps!

Congrats on your weight loss! You’re off to a great start!
If you keep experiencing hunger, I would suggest eating more high protein and fiber foods. I.e., skip the banana and vegetable juice and eat whole vegetables instead. But also… you do get used to dealing with the hunger.
