I love my mini tramp. It’s great for when it’s too cold to run outside and I’ve been using it TONS since I had to cancel my gym membership.

I am so happy that you have said that because I am thinking of getting one for myself, but I wasn’t sure if they do anything with your body. Which one do you use? I have seen on the http://www.hoptrampoline.com that Stamina is pretty good, but I have also heard that Jump Sport are very quiet so you won’t disturb the people around you! 🙂 Which one do you use? Also, does it come with a handle? I would love to have a handle at least in the beginning, it would make me feel safer.
Today, the price of a mini trampoline is not too expensive. So, many people bought it (https://kidstrampolinecenter.com/) to use at home. One of the best things about having a rebounder is that you can get a great workout without even feeling like you’re doing anything at all. It just feels like you’re having fun and doing something you’re going to enjoy. Plus, it burns more calories than most other gym equipment and takes up a whole lot less room at the same time.
Trampolining doesn’t have to be risky. We can actually remove the risk in trampolining by simply learning, mastering and religiously applying them always. You can also learn all this at http://www.casdale.com
