  • Is it okay to take meal replacements, e.g. Cambridge, LighterLife, SlimFast, etc. on fasting days – they are very low calorie and high in nutrients, and satisfying but not sure how they would effect the balance of the diet. Anyone tried?

    Thanks

It doesn’t matter, do whatever suits you. Some people don’t eat anything at all on their fastdays, it honestly doesn’t matter just keep to your calories (as close as you can but even that – if you REALLY need to go slightly over for a banana or something small like that – no worries).

I’m sure you can do that in your weight loss process. But maybe not as a plan for the rest of your life? 🙂
