Just finished the first month

  • Jjust completed my first month on the 5:2 diet. A note to self: should have got accurate scales in the first instance I’ve either put on 3 kilo or lost 4. Anyway new & accurate scales have been purchased As clothes now are looser and i feel lighter I’m going with 4 kilos lost.
    I’ve noticed that I now look forward to my days of fasting and i’m generally feeling more alert. I’m also consuming a lot less meat which I guess is a good thing.

    measurements are always a good indicator that you are loosing inches, so its all good!! 🙂

    Clothes looser, feeling lighter. Now that is what I call good results. Four kilos down sounds quite realistic.
