  • Although for some you it is already Monday.

    For everyone whose fast day is Monday – here we go.

    Are you pleased to see a fast day come round again? I know I am and if I have eaten a bit too much – which, I confess, I am a tad guilty of on some Sundays – I can really put it behind me and give my system a rest from food.

    I’m going to do 4:3 again this week. Really just to kick start the new year.

    Good luck all you Monday fasters – let’s all go fast and lose!! 😀

    Starting my first fast tomorrow. Next on Wednesday as I exercise that day as well. Fingers crossed this will be a new lifestyle change for good?

    Even more good luck to all Monday’s first fasters – it may feel difficult or confusing, you may feel hungry, you may even wonder ‘what the heck am i doing?’ – but stick with it, it gets easier. The second week is easier than the first, the third is much easier than the second and by the fourth week you’ll wonder what you worried about!

    Go for it, you have nothing to lose but excess weight and possibly a few aches and pains.
