On the OMAD diet, isn’t a person tired after eating for the rest of the day? Is it even possible to eat 2,000 calories at one sitting?
Thank you for your answer.
I would think that most people do Omad to lose weight or to keep it under control- as well as the health benefits from IF- & then that’s the point that you can’t eat that many calories in one sitting. I’ve done Omad for spells, & would eat in the evening so didn’t notice any tiredness then!
So it isnt good idea for maintaining weight? And what about productivity: IF vs OMAD?
I would think it’s good for maintaining weight, I wouldn’t know about productivity…

I personally would never do this. Too restrictive for me, and it would definitely interfere with my productivity, I love Fast 800, but everyone has to find their own way.
