    I’m a newbie from Australia and just started my first fast day yesterday.

    I was just wondering if it’s ok to space your 500 calories throughout the whole day on a fast day. Eg 200 calories for breakfast, 100 for lunch and 200 for dinner? Or would it be more beneficial to have 1 or 2 meals?

    Any way you want, just 500 or fewer for the day. Most find eating one high fat/protein meal in the evening works best. This might help: See #6:
