m I allowed to go slightly over on my fat? I was 3 grams over today. Should I not sweat it? This is my third day on keto, first time trying it. I’ve tracked everything, exercised every day, stayed hydrated.
I went three grams over on fat for today, and also feel very full. Probably overthinking it. Any insight is welcome. Thank you!
