IF every day

  • Hi I haven’t been on here for ages. I have a positive experience of doing 5:2 in the past and lost about a stone. I need to lose some weight but have been experimenting with a reduced eating window. I don’t know if I can face 2 days with only 500 calories again. The last time I re introduced it, I ate too much on the other days I think. So I have recently read Satchin Panda’s book on Circadian Rythum where he talks about a reduced eating window. Does anyone else on here do IF across a week? Or have experience of it for weight loss? Thanks
