Hello, My hubby and I are in our mid 60s. We did intermittent fasting a number of years ago and felt wonderful. And would like to give it a go again. But on fasting days I think my hubby may sometimes have a difficult time not eating during the day. Is it okay for him to have a commercial broth for lunch(links below). I know homemade is better, and I have homemade at home. But this will be easier for him at work. Thanks

Hi, I use bouillon on fast days, I make a really simple soup such as broccoli boiled in the bouillon then whizzed with a stick blender for a very low calorie healthy soup.
