I’ve read both the diet book and the cookbook, but can’t find an answer to this question. Any help appreciated.

I think it is calories that you should limit. 600 for a man and 500 for a woman. I think from what I have read that it doesn’t matter how you have them just as long as you keep in your calorie range. Obviously the healthier options would be better but I understand it is up to you.
I have only just started myself so reading everything I can.
