hit a wall

  • I have been doing the 5:2 since September 2014 and by Feb 2015 had lost 3.5 stone – I seem to have it a wall. Any ideas – am considering the 4:3 but not sure will be able to do that well! I want to loose at least another stone or possibly 21ibs

    Maybe recheck current TDEE and also what your TDEE would be at your goal weight, then look how that measures up to cals you are averaging on non fast days?
