Hi
I have type II diabetes, and take three metformin tablets daily. I purchased the books and it states do not do this diet if you have diabetes.
Can I do this diet and has anyone else done this diet with this problem ?
I all so take a cholesterol tablet daily.

Hi Following:

You should not follow 5:2 if you have Type 1. Intermittent fasting is being used to totally control Type 2. There are several threads on type 2 with info on how it works.
