    Hello
    Can anyone tell me if there is a professional 5:2 expert involved in this forum?
    I can see a lot of questions being asked but no one that seems to be part of Michaels team to offer professional feedback.. especially when people experience difficulties…
    Maybe i am wrong… and have missed them.
    Maybe we are all meant to figure it out amongst ourselves 😕

    You are correct. There is no “official” support service. It would be impossible to offer such a service. Can you imagine the potential litigation.

    In addition, Sim, there is no ‘one way’ to do this — some people water fast, some add 16:8, some do 4:3.
