  • Hi all,

Random question… but I was wondering if anyone could tell me what foods should I say away from and what foods I should try and eat more of on Fast days?? Any help anyone can give me with this would be much appreciated.

    🙂

Hi Rachieroo, veggies are always good – low cal, healthy and you can have a full plate. Protein fills you up better than carbs – eggs, chicken, fish etc. An egg or two for breakfast keeps you full much longer than toast. Oatmeal or yogurt with fruits are good. There are really no “forbidden” foods, but since you’re giving your body very little on your fast days it should be something that’s filling and good for you. Don’t forget to drink a lot (mainly water, tea or coffee are ok). Good luck!

    welcome Rachieroo
