Anyone else using the fatsecret site and app, found it this morning and seems on first look to be better than Myfitness Pal is it a good source of info??

RE FATSECRET. I’ve been using it for the last 6 weeks since I started 5:2. It’s very useful for keeping a track of calories and seems to have most foods in it. I also use the weight tracker feature. So yes it does seem to be pretty good!! WN.

Hi ttfan i use FatSecret as well. Just on fast days to work out my calories eating and with exercise. It works for me! 🙂
