    Hi! I am currently trying to do the 18:6 on the days that I can manage it. The only problem is I have to take the pill at the same time every day, which is unfortunately within the time frame that I would typically be fasting. I take it regardless of if I’m fasting, but I was wondering if you guys think it would break my fast? Thanks in advance for your thoughts 🙂

    Taking a pill will not break your fast.
