I’m about to start 5.2…..
My last weight loss attempt was shakes and a low calorie supper ( under 1000cals) every day. I lost a little then stuck. So could I use two shakes on my fast days (406 – 460cals) instead of food. However that means I would all-round be consuming many more Calories over a week. Confused ???
