    Monday 18:6
    Tuesday 19:5
    Wednesday: 20:4
    Thursday 21:3
    Friday 22:2
    Saturday 23:1
    Sunday cheat day

    Saw some info on it, but am wanting to see if anyone has tried it with results.

    All the research I’ve seen shows no benefits for an eating time period of < 9 hours assuming the same number of calories are consumed.

    I’m not sure what you are trying to accomplish by following a time schedule. If its weight loss, then be sure you eat under your TDEE each day.

    I believe it is a waste of your time – but its your time.
