Cholesterol

  • 3 days in 3lb lost. good but main reason for losing weight is losing the belly load of cholesterol. I am unsure how to monitor my cholesterol beyond the GP blood test, is there a way? I am doing my best to lower it eating the correct food and staying away from the proscribed ones, it is difficult to fit it with low calories on fast days but not impossible. Impossible to achieve a high protein goal as the food groups don’t seem to allow enough calories. I find this an additional worry, and who needs that, any advice out there?
