  • I’ve noticed when on a fast day my body sometimes feels cooler than at other times.
I attribute this to only having 600 calories to burn. Our bodies are at 98.6 degrees, room temp is around 72 degrees. We are able to keep our body temperature at normal levels because we are burning calories all day long. Interesting phenomenon.

Don’t have that issue. Definitely worth monitoring as a cool body temp is an indication that metabolism is slowing down – your body believes a famine is happening (vice only a temporary lack of food). This is one of the common side effects of people doing a long term calorie restrictive diet.
Might be a good idea to use a thermometer to monitor your body temp & confirm if you are just feeling cold.
