Ayer one month on the diet, my blood glucose remains high at 6.0. I donot need to loose weight. what should I do

Perhaps eat less carbohydrates ?
Is the 6.0 a fasting figure. Are you diabetic.
Edit : I think the 6.0 is your HbA1c number, not blood glucose ??
