  • Harmony once you get used to the difference in healthy choices on non fast days, no over indulging with carbs, alcohol, once you learn what eating up to your TDEE is, you wont have to calculate daily, but obviously you are going way overboard especially if you are full, try to learn to eat only if you are hungry, and make it a healthy meal, 5:2 has worked for millions of people, but even though we call it a miracle it needs common sense too…CG…good luck!

Hi all. Didn’t feel like posting this weigh in day, too disappointed 🙁
But then Knitomat, you hit it on the head!
So easy to post when you lose, but down right depressing when you gain or sts.
I know it won’t last, and I’ll probably lose next week, but it feels like a week has been lost.
It’s a pretty small issue though, compared with all the sad posts of lost loved ones, so sorry ladies.
Well another fast day looks tomorrow, and I’m better prepared, mentally and physically.
Have a lovely Sunday arvo, guys. Happy fasting tomorrow 🙂

CG, Harmony was quoting kilojoules, not calories. I did a double-take on this too. :-). Using calories is much more pleasant – lower figures!

Yes I realised that too late Barata, thanks anyway. Linda you’ll find the positive attitude does go a long way too, sure we get disappointed when nothing moves, but there is always next week and look back to what you have lost, I have read posts where plateaus last into months! So soldier on, think positive. If you are doing 5:2 as it is supposed to be done, you will come out ahead, don’t give up, check in the search bar for NOT LOOSING WEIGHT and you will still find positive feed back…happy days…CG xx

Hi all. Had a so so day today. Not over my TDEE but some poor choices – choc brownie, bacon and egg roll. So no lunch and Lean Cuisine for dinner to rein in the “feasting”.

My TDEE is 1937 ATM but I checked what it would be if I was down to 80kg – 1641. My thinking was perhaps I should eat to my 80kg TDEE to kind-of get used to it because hopefully I will be there eventually. Then I thought what about if I am down to 65KG, my TDEE would then be really low. This thinking made me a little pouty. Then I thought wait a minute, let’s tackle that when it happens and ease into it. No doubt some of you who are closer to your goals than me are already on low TDEEs and coping just fine. Let’s not cross bridges before we need to. Just keep up the AUSSIE DETERMINATION and don’t look too far ahead.

Everyone have a great fast day tomorrow.

GG1 so many fasters eat at a lower TDEE to hasten their loss. It’s easy enough with the right meal choices. My TDEE is all over the place on every site I gave up looking…so I stick around 1200 cals on normal days and I’m really satisfied. I don’t eat bread, rice pasta or any other carbs much. Mainly protein and veg or salads. I don’t miss that heavy laden feeling in the tummy of over eating and bloating. Try it lower than what your having now even just for a week, every little bit LESS certainly helps….good luck…CG xx

By the way saying the TDEE for 65kg got you pouty, don’t forget your appetite will be a lot lot smaller, try now by using smaller plates, that’s what I did, and times now, I can’t finish what I’ve dished up, even though small….just a suggestion! …CG 🙂 xx

Hi everyone. Through the mercies of the metric system, I didn’t really know what I weighed in comparison with my ‘original’ weight. I overtrained in karate and ended up looking like a refugee, all ribs. I’ve gained so much the doctors have put their feet down, hard, and my GP put me on the 5.2 diet. I watched the Dr Mosley tv special, which was interesting, and an excellent BBC special on picking the right diet (bbc.co.uk/rightdiet) and it pointed me at the 5.2 diet.

The first couple of days I let myself ‘cheat’, getting used to the rhythm of the diet. I’ve been on the diet for 2 weeks now and my BMI and actual amount I need to lose have blown me away. Still, I have a plan. I buy my groceries online once a month, so I basically only buy what I’m allowed to eat. I’ve done a big fruit and veg shop, and I can supplement that with bits and pieces of fresh produce.

My doctor has me on a strict once-a-month weigh-in at her office, so it’s a bit frustrating. Last time I lost weight I had a daily chart.

My big problem with the fast day is coffee. I get a headache about 20 hours in if I don’t drink a cup of full-octane coffee, so I’m having that with my breakfast.

I’m not very motivated to exercise, and I’m supposed to do 30 mins a day. What does everyone else do about exercise?

    Hi everyone
I’ve had a busy few days with lots of socialising. I weighed in on Friday and had lost 400 grams. ive probably put it back on over the weekend so will put in a big effort before next Friday. I’ve prepared my lunch for tomorrow’s fast day. It’s great to read all your posts- so encouraging.

Ali- Kayn, thanks for the link, I will look at that. I can’t manage without out caffeine either but just have a small amount of milk in coffees throughout the day and count them in my calories. There is always coke zero or black tea. My exercise is woeful, it amounts to walking the dog but with heat waves it isn’t happening right now. My weight loss is steady but slow.

Good morning team and HAPPY FAST DAY, you all know the drill and keep the fluids up, it does help with hunger pangs as well as keeping you flushed.
Please keep the positive vibes going, we are here to support and encourage, we are not the science lab of 5:2 there is a search bar at the top of the page if you are having difficulties, our team offers suggestion which work for them, we pass them on in the hope they will help.
None of us welcome negativity, if your feeling that way, maybe our 5:2 isn’t for you, or maybe another thread would suit you better. We at AUSSIE DETERMINATION are all extremely happy with the path we are on, our journey is exciting, new to us, and showing results. We all slow with weight loss after the initial big loss, but the body is altering, the shape is changing, the tape measure is changing, and the improvement in our health is being felt.
Have a great day team, don’t give up, plateaus are a way of life, but things are still happening in your body. Re-read you book if needed, we will support and encourage you all the way. For one, I have lost heaps of fat, I look slimmer, I feel great. Don’t sweat the small stuff team, life is for living…CG xx

Hi all. Just preparing my egg for lunch on fast day and realised I have committed to lunch with a friend-DAMN! Sad isn’t it when the pleasure of a girlie chat looks less attractive than the opportunity to fast. So Caesar Salad with dressing on the side looks like lunch. My question to you experienced members is do I just forget fasting today or go into recovery mode if lunch blows out and just not eat another thing till tomorrow?????. I’m in week 2 and still getting used to the fasting.
BTW: Ali- Kayn, I walk my dog for 1/2hr every day and usually cover about 3ks in that time. To help me with this diet program I am trying out all sorts of training programs by buying ‘Groupon’ vouchers for monthly gym memberships/yoga/Pilates to increase the impact. Means I can do something extra for about $4.00 a session if I go 3 times a week. Just being able to use the rower and weights makes me feel more pro-active. First week was great with a 30 minute weight program and 2x500m sprints on the rower. I NEARLY DIED!

Hi midlife, I’d just change my fasting day to tomorrow, life goes on and should be enjoyed. That’s the beauty of 5:2 it’s versitility. Friends and family always come first so enjoy, and yes a healthy salad is the way to go. Healthy, low cal meals on non fast days are one of the keys to success, instead of steak and chips or battered fish, the caesar is of course the better choice, you are learning well, keep up the good work..CG xx

    Good amorning All
Happy Fast Day to all who are fasting today.
I am home today, called in sick due to sore throat. I tend to drink lits of water when I have sore throat, so fast day may become manageable as it is s b2b fast for me.
i hear one post creating so much negativity. please remember there are always two sides to the coin. Its easy n tempting to give away to negativity and feel its easy to report losses than gains.
When I first started, i used to read the success stories in this thread to get motivated.
Now, when I gain or plateau, I quickly come n download my feelings n frustrations here. Everyone in this group starts giving me assurances that it will happen. And this is exactly what keeps me going.
We are not here to compare with each other’s losses or gains. We all have our own individual journeys. We are here to support each other in our individual journeys.

I look at other side of the coin – when I dont lose any weight, i get motivated by other’s losses. I come here n shamelessly report any gains or plateaus as I know that no one is going to judge me here. And sp may times, i have got very good advise here to kick start the loss again.
CG, you are right, one negative influence can ruin the support structure of the group.
Please please please, dont give up to urself and to any negativity. Let’s concentrate on our goals n journeys and stop gettinv into comparisons.
    All the best!!!

    Hello everybody

This is my first day on the 5:2 and I am only a few hours into it. I am happy to have found some Aussie people to identify with and have enjoyed reading your posts so far.

I am confident I can do the fasting days once I get into it but my hate is exercise. Any tips on how to get motivated in that area?

    FB, thank you! XxxCG

Ruxton,,congratulations on taking the first step, fast is very easy but daunting in the beginning, planning is a big key as you only eat 500 cals. That is so easy to attain with salads, soups even stir fry. Have a small amount of protein with each meal, a boiled egg, some tuna, but more importantly water, water, water. Any for, tea, coffee but if you use milk count that as cals too. Snack on a carrot, it’s surprising how satisfying that is…..good luck, we will support you on your 5:2 journey..YOU CAN DO IT,,,,CG

    Good Morning all,

Pleased to report my first weigh that I have lost 3.2kg, so chuffed.

    Fast day today.

    Have a great day everyone:)

Congratulations mgreally123!! That’s a big loss, way to go 🙂

Good morning team! All the best to all fasters today, my fast days this week (because of family commitments etc) will be Wednesday and Thursday, and hopefully will not sabotages by said family 🙂

Good morning everyone. Well done mgreally123, huge loss. Looks like we’re all revved up and raring to go. I’m feeling buoyed up by all your fabulous inspiration. It’s always good to be doing this together. Full steam ahead. We can do this with AUSSIE DETERMINATION!

    Good Morning!

I’m on a B2b starting today… feeling positive about it (so far!). Had a bit of an indulgent weekend with some alcohol and then a lovely (but small) Chinese dinner last night with the boy. Although mainly healthy choices made i did have a few processed carbs and a few licorice bullets yesterday. I’m actually pretty happy with this as my Aunt Flo (urgh!) decided to visit me starting yesterday and my oh my do i feel bloated and against the world. The boyfriend bought me some Lindt Chilli Dark Chocolate (my weakness) yesterday and i’m happy to say the intact block is still sitting in his freezer!

@ali_kayn – a lot of people don’t do heavy exercise on this diet. I used to go to the gym quite a bit with PTs and my boyfriend. Haven’t been to the gym in a a few months now and only upped my walking after starting the 5:2. I plan to implement further exercise into my routine in the next few weeks once I’m fully established into this WOL. I have 2 mottos that i have lived by in the last few years of constant injuries – Slow and steady – Better safe than sorry.

good luck fasters and congrats to everyone on their weigh ins last week!

Ok, so how does this work.
I weighed 72.3 kilos on Saturday. Fasted sunday and today up by 1 kilo 73.3.
After a fast day up by 1 kilo…. This has happened to me for first time. This time around, i cant even blame it on bloat 🙁

I have re read the previous posts but have somehow not been able to work out which was the negative one and don’t really see the negative responses. Is it just me?
Fasting today and managed to accidentally have a big sleep in. That certainly helped with the fasting! New tip? 😉
Hottest night in Brisbane since 2004! I slept with air con so can’t really complain but wish it would cool down so I can be a bit more active. Good luck to all fasters today!

I’m possibly on the wrong thread here but read about Desmond? I think having cognitive function problems. I’m now in my late 70’s and try very hard to keep my brain working well. I’ve been doing cryptic crosswords for years and find them very good for brain function. I’m only on my second 5:2 diet week but am feeling very bright and bushy tailed. Also more energetic than I’ve been for a long time. I’m of the opinion that intermittent fasting is very beneficial. Not only for weight loss. I’ve lost 2 kilos since starting and am chuffed.
    Good luck all.
    MaggieG

Uptight, am very happy that u did not notice any negativity in previous posts. Just means that you are a sort of person who focuses only on positives. Honestly very pleased.
I was just reading a blog on MFP and cane across the article where concluding lines were so so amazing. Here’s the extract:-
“The most important thing we can accomplish in this lifetime is true self appreciation and self acceptance of ourselves and others. This has nothing to do with whether or not we see the number we want to on the scale.”

    So True!!!

FB, tomorrow it will be gone, full bowell, lots of fluid staying, it will “pass” pardon the pun! Full steam ahead team, positives happening again, welcome to our new members, the 5:2 journey is so easy, and so healthy, you can only feel good,, and when the numbers start to change on the scales, it’s a wind fall….but if not, the health benefits are enormous, things we can’t see or weigh, the cleansing of our cells with fasting, all very exciting. I have plateaued for a few weeks now then dropped 1-2 k’s then back up but this morning before my fast, I’m 81k again so hoping to see if the number 7 (anything) is on my scales. Funny how loosing just a tad is cause for excitement and wanting more…we are all human! Have a great day team, be concious of every little thing you put in your mouth, question…Do I really need this?….it helps, happy fasting…. 🙂 ..CG xx
Ps uptight, it’s best left go…those of us who are really aware have noticed, but hopefully it has stopped. Take care in the heat, makes it easy to drink nice cold water..CG xx

Ok, as I said earlier this is my first day and am still learning my way around this site, can somebody tell me why the time of the posts are out of whack. I posted this mornig and it says PM and I see the latest pos from Fatbuster is timed at 12.45am and it is not quite 12.oo noon yet. Just wondering. And I have made it to lunch time and all good so far … but the afternoon is coming and that will be my test on this my first fast day.

HI Ruxton24 this is my second week of doing 5:2, dont worry you will get your head around it, fast days drink lots of water, herbal teas to keep you going, I also have 2 hard boiled eggs as on my first fast day i felt really dizzy. Regarding the times they are based on UK time I believe as we are 11 hours ahead.

Ruxton, if you feel the need in the arvo, have some carrott slices or bits of apple (apples have cals) till you get used to fasting. Unsure what you’re having for lunch, but eat it sloely, enjoy each mouthfull, teas, coffee, diet soft drink help get through the arvo..YOU CAN DO IT, we are with you all the way, mgreally you are doing so well congratulations. In the beginning we tend to obsess with food…or lack of…but you find after a while you look forward to fasting because you feel so good, so cleansed, and a nice salad and fish (or whatever) will be home waiting for dinner….CG xx

    Slowly, sorry

    Hi everyone,
Just completed my first “fast” day yesterday. Went over by 90 calories because I got hungry preparing my soup in the evening and snacked on some almonds. Yikes, got a fright when I counted them. Never mind onward and upward! I’ll count Day 1 as successful! Got very confused initially with reading the book then reading comments on the website about eating nothing for 36 and 48 hours just water but have returned to my initial assumptions from the book of 500 cals on a “fast” day and two of them a week. Has certainly made me very aware of what I put in my mouth.
Thanks for allowing my ramble. X

Leigh that’s great. The 5:2 is certainly the way to start, and the proven one that works for us all. Just twice a week, the other 5 days are healthy choices, have a wine or two, but try to stay within or below your TDEE, the 5:2 is forgiving with slip up’s, we all have them, life goes on, and 90 over won’t be too much of a problem, your just beginning and it’s still less than what you would normally have..the 4:2 and other mixers are really for the experienced and to kick stat a plateau….CG xx and welcome!

Today I bought some Kirks Sugar Free club soda lemon squash, 2.3 cals 250ml…as well as the diet dry ginger. Both very refreshing filling, and helps get through the arvo. I thought solo had a low cal edition, but unable to find it anywhere. Just passing on some info, also got the steamed fish from Birds Eye, expensive but hay, well worth it…CG xx

Thanks MGreally123. I get the time business now – DER! What are the thoughts of everybody regarding the high protein low sugar shakes? A good quality one that is.

Morning all… Well back on the wagon this week, which is a good thing cos after a few weeks off i am feeling bloated and pudgy today, i know that feeling will go once i start again.

my 2015 5:2 is going to include A self made handy food reference chart, a list of the most common stuff i have on fast days stuck to the wall in the kitchen… Good idea me lol.

I bought the new WW 2 day diet cookbook, has some yummy things in it, so i will pass on my thoughts.. Anyone else got it?

I think i have a new fast day buddy at work so thats positive
And i am not going on the scales now for at least three weeks..

Also i find MFP a bit annoying when adding food.. I am thinking of swapping back to fat secret or calorie king.. or maybe that easy diet app.. Might go surfing now, the internet that is.

Take care everyone, stay determined.. I know you will

Hello All AD’s .. Sticking to my 5:2 every week after Xmas..!!! Though I was to stay away from scales for a month while I do the 5:2 diet..decided to weigh in when hubby and kids were weighing themselves..!! Was scared that I might have added a kilo or two to the 3 odd kilos that I have put on during Xmas..!!! But…Hoooorrraaay…. I actually lost the 3 Kilos that I have put on during Xmas.. !! Back to my Pre-Xmas weight of 79 Kilo…. Oh that sweet 70s…,!!!! Love it..!!!
Fasting today.. !! I have found it easy to go without food till lunch time..and then have 2-3 cups of tea thoughout the day.. ..!!! Having my first cup now at lucnh time..and still no big food cravings.. My body seems to be getting used to the fasts.. !!

Hi RobbieJ, the personal food ref chart works well..!! I have a small note book in my bag where I write all the calories when I search for calories in food I usually eat..! I even have one page for a food type.. like breads, soups, fruits etc..!! So handy as I do not have to go to Calorie King or other website every time..!!
I have tried fat secret and they have some really good recipes..!! I also use it to record my weight..!!

Good luck fasting you and everyone…!!! We can do it..!!

Pree congratulations what a lovely surprise for you, that’s AUSSIE DETERMINATION at work and sticking with our 5:2 journey…CG xx

Dogsabie, the programme on fasting that I saw (recommended by my doctor), showed that there are some indications that fasting encourages the development of new brain neurons, which if true means that yes, you should continue to feel bright and brighter.

It’s good to know when people are struggling, as well as when they are doing well. Nice to have somewhere to talk about the experiences, not just hype the diet.

Robbie J, I bought the book, looks yum. Haven’t actually tried anything yet because I quite like my boring tried and true menus but I am sure I will try some of them. Let me know your thoughts on the recipes you try. 🙂

Hi all, hope your fasting is going well.
Been having heaps of lovely tea, and just finished a small salad.
I was feeling a bit down last week, but I do still come here and read, even if I don’t post. I thought I really should make an effort to write, though, even if I didn’t feel happy.
Feeling a lot more positive this week!! Hope I didn’t make you guys feel low, too. That’s not what I meant.
    Yes, CG, happy days!
Promise I won’t pout if I don’t lose this week! lol
    xx

Linda your going well, we all have off days, I didn’t notice, often if you put it on paper (post) you will feel better YOU ARE NOT ALONE a trouble shared is a trouble halved!
I think especially if you feel disappointed or flat, we are a good sounding board, thats not negativity, that’s being human, you know when your not doing the right thing and get cross at yourself, as we all do. Negativity is downing the whole journey, because we know it works, if we work with it.
4.00 and still nothing to eat, no hunger pangs, just having an espresso coffee, had a diet lemon squash before, lovely, and I can hang out for dinner. Hope everyone’s fast is going well….CG xxx

Hello everyone…..great to catch up on posts again after not getting on the weekend. Weekend is behind me now and I need to forget it as I didn’t do very well food wise….but I’m not going to be hard on myself anymore….today is another day and have found my fast to be pretty easy going so far today….

Lindanoaf….sharing how you are feeling is what we are here for and we all appreciate honest communication, even when we are feeling low….it’s great that you are feeling positive again…..I too am much more positive today after a rough week. WE CAN DO IT 🙂

mgreally…..way to go on your loss…..that initial first loss on 5:2 is often a big one and gets you all revved up to keep up the good work!

I can feel the love and it’s what I’m here for xxx

Oooo! yess! CG, Close your eyes and feeeel the magic! (It will tingle your scalp, true!) And no, you haven’t got nits, it’s just me sending you distance Reiki. (henceforth to be known as PK’s -‘peeling kilo’s!’) and all because I want you to feel as good as I did when I saw it.

THE MAGIC 7! Indeed, our paths are so aligned I KNOW I was led to your positivity! and what goes around comes around. So you WILL reach THE 7’S this week!

Ha, ha, Ok, Ok, so it was only 87.9 and I had to even remove my earrings to waver those scales into the zone, just for a glimpse, (before I had a glass of water) but it was there! It exists in my realm of probability, rather than distant ‘possibility’. Which is what it’s been for several years.

Most of that time I have been trying so much harder on far more demanding reduction programs with so little reward. 5:2 got me from a 9O PLUS plateau (that just wouldn’t budge) to here in just 2 weeks. (today is my 5th fast day) It’s changed my world. I move better, I feel better. Just that small win is so personally satisfying. I can and will lose the whole 20 kilos by next Christmas, at least. it’s a goal I can visualize and now believe! Once I believe I rarely fail. So thanks for sharing the road Determinators. Well led CG.

All you newby’s: Just do it STRINGENTLY (or by the book) for long enough to see a positive result, then you will be happy to go with what actually WORKS! Plus discover that you can tweak it to whatever your life style requires. So long as you reduce 2 days food intake /per week to 500 calories and use a bit of common sense, MOST of the other 5.

CG. Thanks for the tips you share. One I found really valuable was the DR JASON FUNG’S utube video lectures, on ‘the Aetiology of Obesity’ plus insulin resistance (which is the main bogeyman of our society)It’s really helpful. He’s done some valuable myth busting and gives insight into the relationship of exercise in weight loss. (or why it doesn’t follow that you’ll lose weight if you exercise, but does lead to what causes weight gain if you don’t, etc ).
Even if you first think he’s going over old ground, stick with him and you’ll see it’s a new UNDERSTANDING of previously held notions and explains the vicious circle modern eating patterns (not to mention food processes) have trained our metabolism to. Kids are on the path to insulin resistance from the womb at present! And failing dieters are victims of their own metabolism fighting weight loss. Fasting periods are KEY to breaking this cycle. Well worth a listen. It pays to understand ones basic biology, and really helps untangle a lot of myths governing our health beliefs.

Ok, that rave got me halfway through my afternoon. Only 130 cals downed so far. Green tea, One egg, fresh tomato and green salad for brekky at 11. Time to hit the miso soup. Cheers! Gypsy

Thankyou CG and Foxy 🙂 Yes it’s good to be back on track, so to speak. Do hate those down days!!
Yes we can all do it!!
I really needed this fast day, I think it brings us down to earth again after the weekend.
We are a Determined lot, after all! 🙂

    Hi again.
I think we can all do with creating new brain neurons. It’s now going on for dinner time here in Tassie and I’m really hungry. But have managed to avoid the temptation of eating by drinking lots of water. I’m of the opinion the trying to remain positive is good for us. There is enough gloom and doom out there already.
    Hang in there.

    Happy Monday

I am struggling with today’s fasts not with food but with energy. Off to gym. Off to hope that helps, I will push through.

    Hope everyone is doing well.

Oh cannot wait until school starts and normal life begins again, so hard going to work when kids are still off having fun.

Great catching up on all the posts!

FAST day today…it is 2pm (Perth) and I am still not hungry! Though I do feel tired after 5 hours in the garden this morning. Before 5:2 I would stop work then eat until I was bursting…mainly because I was tired and thought I needed to refuel with food not because I was hungry. I thought this would help my recovery from physical activity go quicker. How my mindset has changed!

LOTS OF FLUIDS on fast days and non fd seem to work for me.I am constantly surprised that I can manage on so little food.My choices in food shopping have definitely changed.I am beginning to trust my body now to let me know what to eat.Isn’t this exciting!

Welcome all new people to 5:2. The AUSSIE DETERMINATION team here are very supportive…they make this way of life DOABLE.Enjoy it with us!

Hi everyone, fast day going well, yogurt fruit and seeds for breaky 2 coffees with skim milk ( water of course and just a dash of milk), water and looking forwrd to t. Birdseye steam fresh fish I am going to try the coconut curry one 5 mins in mic looks yum. And some steam ed veg I bought the packet ones where you get 3 packets in each bag they were 2 for $ 5, thats for 6 serves. I thought nice a quick and easy when im hungry.

I went for a half hour walk up and down driveway, then cut the heads of giant paramata grass for 2 hours to pass some time.

Then did the ironing which I have been putting off. Today much cooler hre only23 deg so I could do it without cooking myself.

CG I picked up a box of birdseye 2 pieces of fish on special at woolies for $6.00 I thought that wasn.t too bad they are really yum. I hope you like it.

    Enjoy your dinner everyone.

A general quest do you think it is just as easy when at work for a fast day or easier when on hols? I am finding it much easier than I thought while I am on hols but wondering if it is a struggle when at work. I am a teacher so havent got as long a day as some when at work.

What great positive posts girls, congratulations. I can feel the excitement you are all sending out. Come on Friday!! I’m really back in the saddle after xmas now, thoroughly enjoying my fasting, I’m challenging myself to go as long as possible with out a nibble/food. It’s now 5.45 and I have a tradie in putting a pets door in for the front deck for my boys, sick of getting up/ down to them Their main one is to the back deck but if I’m out the front, of course they want in/out…hence the fact god only know when I’ll eat tonight, BUT still not hungry. I understand how some do a total fast but I’m not in that league and don’t wish to be.
Good luck with what’s left of your fast day YOU CAN DO IT let your AUSSIE DETERMINATION lead the way….CG xx
