NOT fasting for 600 days! And not really a different approach, but a tweak in terminology.
I’ve started referring to my fast days as my ‘600’ days. Might seem like semantics, but I find it helps. In my mind I’m choosing to have 600 calories that day, rather than depriving myself of 1900.
Thought I’d post in case anyone else finds this useful.
