    Hi

    I done 5.2 with great sucess in 2020 but stopped I would like to start again but I had a hysterectomy about 10 weeks ago is it safe to start again the FAQ say not whilst recovering from Surgery but not for how long after is it safe to start? Am I ok to get going again? Many Thanks x
