I tried doing two consecutive fast days last month, and failed, miserably. I’m almost at the 48 hour mark this time, though, and still doing fine 🙂 . I had 100 calories yesterday, 300 today (I have a 180 calorie can of soup on stand by 😛 ). . I’ll break the fast tomorrow for lunch, and it’ll be 60 hours at that point.
I’m not sure if I’m going to plan on doing two days like this regularly, but I am really amazed by how well it’s gone. Manageable hunger, no cravings, and outside of a mild headache yesterday (possibly not enough salt) and some achy shoulders today (which may be unrelated) I feel fine.

Evolily, I have just seen your post. How did it go this week? Two consecutive days is my norm. Either two days of limited calories or two of water only. It gets easier, truly.
