  • I’m looking to stick with a healthy lifestyle because all the junk food (including processed and fatty homecooked foods) is making me physically sick and mentally unfocused on what’s important. I would love it if others would join! (:

    I am currently 128.6 lbs (as of today) and I’m pretty sure at least 2-3 is bloat pounds (due to inattentive eating in the past school year). Trying to eat healthy and have 2 fast days a week. It worked until I got off track during the finals week so hopefully I can stick with it (:

    Stuck with my fast day today. I need to incorporate more protein into my diet.
