Week One…

  • OKAY…IT’S AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Just weighed in and I have officially lost 2.5 pounds! All while eating pretty much what I want 🙂

    Doing “The Happy Dance”!

    What I’ve learned this week:

    I generally take in a lot more calories than my body needs to function.

    Fasting actually made me feel more energetic instead of less.

    Fasting Days tended to make me feel less hungry on the non-fast days and I ate less naturally.

    Fasting tended to make me choose healthier foods and as nice side effect was also the money I saved less food/less junk/less lunches out.

    I just lost 2.5 pounds while still being able to enjoy a Chocolate Fudge Cupcake and a Holiday Feast!

    Take that Jenny Craig or Weightwatchers 🙂

    Only 27.5 (a little under 2 st.) to go…

    Celebrating with cofee and…yep…a Cupcake this morning!

    (…coffee…) ~fixed.
