Just read started June July thought I would start August September results. Started 15 September
I do group exercise full on training 4 days a week do 5 2 fasting Monday and Thursday.
Fast day menu usually boiled egg breakfast cup of soup lunch chicken salad for dinner and sometimes have a couple of strawberries before bed to I don’t feel starving to go to sleep.
Other thing I changed I do not eat at morning break at work anymore I don’t need it. Others have fruit, yoghurt or muffins, I am right till lunch. Breaks everything I have been told about do not get hungry. Not afraid of hungry anymore.
Down 6.8kg
Lost 14 cm hips
Lost 23cm of waist
Bmi from 46 to 34
Am I happy yes.
Had to give up one pair of work pants got a belt for the other. Then found two pairs in back of wardrobe that didn’t fit but do now.
