    Hi there,

    I’ve been doing 5:2 for several weeks now and wish to start HIT. I have been looking for a spinning bike but have no idea which one to get. We are looking to spend between £200 and £500 so not a really expensive one, but not a really cheap one either.

    I would appreciate any ideas
