Some tips please

  • Hi all, I’m new to 5:2, just started this week and tried my first session of HIIT this morning on my exercise bike. I did 3 times 20 seconds with 2 minutes at slower pace in between. It made me feel very nauseous and I vomited 10 minutes later. I don’t fancy doing that again so any tips would be gratefully received!

    I see some comments here that feeling nauseous is “normal”. I don’t believe that for a second, I think you just overdid it.

    Also I have read that you should not have any fluids or food beforehand, otherwise you run the risk of vomiting….So wait at least an hour.
