Just made a really silly blunder. I usually cook my own food but now and then buy M & S Count on Us or Fuller for Longer. Just for a break from preparing and washing up lots of pans. Only getting the food out of the oven after cooking did I see that the large number indicating the calories for the meal was for HALF the packet. Really hacked off as couldn’t reheat so ate almost all of it and decided will eat no yoghurt or more drinks apart from water. Even so am pretty sure am over 500 cals today. Sigh. Maybe M&S could re-design their font sizes to be bigger?
Stick with a boiled egg or two. You know where you are with them.
I do that for breakfast but need a little change for dinner. Too many boiled eggs = constipation.
