  • I developed PMR after having the covid vaccines. I also found out that I had pre-diabetes. Following the Fast 800 recipes I was able to reduce blood sugars and the last test revealed I was no longer pre-diabetic.

    I am experiencing a flare at the moment and the question I wanted to ask: is the Fast 800 good for people with PMR? I know a lot of people follow a keto diet which is high in good fats, but having grown up with low fat advice all my life it’s hard to change. Any opinions appreciated.
