  • Since Jan 1 I completely cut out refined sugar and carbs.AND have been fasting till 2pm. No cheat days. And no results! Please help me because I’m getting discouraged.

    What do you mean you have been ‘fasting till 2pm’? Could you describe how you are doing your diet days?

    From the time I wake up till 2pm all I consume is water / black coffee / unsweetened tea. Then I start eating at 2 and I eat vegetables fruit nuts beans cheese etc.

    And every day is a diet day. No cheat days.

    I have no idea what you are trying to do, but it sounds like you are simply trying to do an every day low calorie diet. You are not doing 5:2.

    As you have not been losing weight, it appears you are not eating below your TDEE, or, to put it another way, you are eating to your TDEE every day on average. If you want to lose weight, you need to make sure that on average you are eating below your TDEE every day.
