No results with IF & HIIT

  • I’ve been doing IF for almost 3 months with minimal success. About 4 lbs. I started HIIT almost 3 weeks ago.

    3 minute warm up
    30 seconds = Run
    30 Brisk Walk

    I haven’t seen any improvement to my weight loss or changes to my apperceptiothb….

    What do your fast days and non fast days consist of? You could be overcompensating on non fast days. That is most common.

    My son has been doing it at a gym and already has noticed his clothes getting looser and had lost a couple of pounds he hasn’t weighed himself after a full week yet. He does it at the gym and runs around a track on a treadmill using high intensity and then lower intensity to complete the track.

    You have to run at 90% of maximum effort and feel totally exhausted after each bout of High intensity. It also cuts the amount of calories that you eat and targets visceral fat areas.

    I am thinking of starting this myself.
